What is your turnaround time? 
Within 2 business days (almost always the same day!) after placing your order, you will receive an e-proof via your email. Following your final approval there is an approximate printing time of 5 business days. However, if you are in a big hurry please contact us and we can rush yor order to get you the final printed cards at your door step in only 2 business days!

Can a design be changed to accommodate any occasion?
Yes! Since each card is unique and made just for you, you can chose a card from any category and change part or all of it to fit your occasion. For example, let's say you like a card from the birth announcement section but would like to use it for a bridal shower, or anniversary party. No problem, just let us know in the order form.

What is the cost of shipping and how long does it take?

Your items will be shipped via USPS priority mail with a flat rate of $10.00 in the United States. The estimated shipping time is between 2 to 3 days, depending on your location. For Canada and Mexico the flat rate is $23.00 and your cards will arrive between 6 to 10 days. For all other international shipping see below.

We provide you with a delivery notification tracking number. However, if you would like to purchase insurance on your package, please contact us and we will add it to your order.

 

I live outside of the United States, can I still order?
If you live outside of the United States the most practical option is to order the Print Your Own Design and we simply email you the jpeg file which you can then take to your local printing press or photo lab. However, if you are interested in purchasing our card stock or photo cards please contact us via e-mail at order@theprinceandthepaper.com, and we will be in touch with you shortly to discuss ordering and shipping information. Are envelopes included with my cards?
Yes, they are heavy weight 70 lb. white envelopes that are perfect for announcements and invitations. Please note that for the print your own option envelopes are not included, but can be purchased for $7.00 per pack of 25. If you are interested in purchasing our envelopes, please send us an email at order@theprinceandthepaper.com.

 

Does the quality/resolution of my picture matter?

Yes it does! We strongly suggest using the highest resolution possible on your camera as the quality of the printed card depends on the quality of your picture. The ideal resolution is 300dpi and 1200x1600px. If you are concerned about the quality of your image, please email us and we'll give you our professional opinion.

 

How do I send you my pictures?

After placing your order, we ask you to please send us an email with all your beautiful pictures to order@theprinceandthepaper.com. Please be sure to include your name in the email. At this time we are only able to accept digital photographs.

 

What is your refund policy?

We want you to be completely happy with your cards, so if there is something that you would like changed in your e-proof, no problem, just let us know! However, after we get your final approval and print the cards, all sales are final.

 

What form of payments do you accept?

All orders are processed through Pay Pal to ensure the highest form of security possible. Through their secured site you can pay with all major credit cards. If you are having difficulties with the payment process in any way please contact us as order@theprinceandthepaper.com

Does cropping occur during the printing process?
Yes, for all cardstock cards there is a possibilty for there to be up to a .25" cropping all the way around.

Is extra postage required for the 5x7 cards?
No, a regular $.42 stamp will work just fine.
